ShopKnuckleheads: In the Sweet Pie and Pie

News today from ShopKnuckleheads- Did you know these little tidbits about 'In the Sweet Pie and Pie- 1941'?
It parodies the song 'In the Sweet bye and Bye'- written by Harry Von Tilzer and Vincent Bryan in 1902 for the show 'The Wild Rose'!
The working title was 'Well, I'll Be Hanged'.
This is also the first of several Stooge plots that attach a time constraint to receiving an inheritance!
Lots of great clips were used from this episode throughout the series, such as the pie footage appearing in 'Half-Wits Holiday'-1947 and 'Pest Man Wins'- 1951.
And in this episode was the final appearance of Richard Fiske, who was killed in WW2.
Here is our Shirt of the Day, in reference to the dapper gents pictured above!
